We offer the FMS to each member because it gives us calculable, measurable results that can be used to tailor your future workouts to your individual needs. With this philosophy in mind, each member receives a complimentary FMS upon joining us here at the studio. Regardless of your chosen gym membership option, one of our FMS certified personal trainers will take you through the assessment and you can retake your FMS as often as you like.
