A non-impact mind-body workout focusing on abs, back, hips, thighs and glutes. Improve balance, core strength and flexibility through a series of functional movements and dynamic range of motion. You will leave class feeling calm and centered.
Synchronizing breath with movement through a series of basic poses and sequences. The flow is designed to develop balance, build strength, and increase flexibility. Class is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience.
 "Fully Loaded" Boot Camp is a fun style of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which incorporates a variety cardio, weight training, and body weight exercises sure to blast fat and build muscle!  Each class will incorporate new exercises & unique styles of training that will keep your muscles guessing.
Take your gluteus to the maximus!  Specifically target your glutes & legs in a 45 minute class that will be sure to blast & pump your posterior into perfection.
Become a champion and start your day off with a punch!  Train and hone your physical abilities to move with maximum strength and speed during Breakfast Punch.  Focus on creating a balance between agility, coordination and strength through resisted functional training, cardio-respiratory and explosive strength exercises in a dynamic and fun environment.
This upper body strength training class will tone up your arms and abs with body-weight exercises and resistance training techniques.
Safe and Strong includes a variety of gentle muscle strengthening and stretching excersises to both tone and relax incorporating chair exercises for weights.  This is a non-aerobic class, great for all levels. 
Using a combination of free weights and bodyweight exercises for resistance, this class incorporates strength and endurance exercise for total body conditioning.  Programmed for those looking for a low-intensity and low-impact workout.  Active stretching exercises are also incorporated.
All levels of experience are welcome in Open Level Mat Pilates!  Build core stability and strength, increase flexibility, and improve posture with Pilates.

Barre Fusion incorporates familiar cardiovascular training exercises with the addition of ballet and yoga movements. The movements are sequenced in a specific order to achieve strength, balance, coordination and grace. Using subtle variations such as tempo changes, movement progressions, pulses, and hold, Barre Fusion is a workout that maximizes both results and fun!
This circuit style class incorporates strength and cardio into one high-impact workout that varies each session. You will target all muscle groups for a full body training session.
Intermediate Mat Pilates is for those who know the Beginner Mat exercises and are ready to be challenged. We increase the range of difficulty within the basic exercises, and incorporate new exercises with more demanding movements. You will learn to move through the routine with greater flow, control and precision while building strength and increasing overall mobility.
Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast, an athlete or just tired of the same routine, come try this whole new approach to exercise.... Our HIIT class is designed to deliver maximum total body results with a full body strength training and cardiovascular workout done in a group setting. This training uses a wide variety of interval training techniques, including lifting weights/objects, pulling, pushing, plyometrics, and running. This will help you lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, and increase strength. It resembles military basic training and addresses the full-body conditioning you are working toward.

Pilates Basics is the foundation for all other Pilates mat classes, regardless of your athletic ability. You will learn the proper form and technique for the basic exercises in order to efficiently and safely progress to the next level. When done correctly, these basic exercises develop core strength and stability, improve flexibility, and enhance posture.

This simple, yet challenging, full body workout will build your strength and stamina, increase your total body mobility and stability, all while strengthening your core. The TRX suspension system challenges both your core stabilizers and all major muscle groups. TRX is a fun and invigorating workout that is appropriate for all skill and fitness levels and no prior experience is necessary.
