Tabata is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that involves eight continuous bouts of 20 second work periods followed by 10 second rest periods of a single exercise. Tabata training produces maximum calorie burn followed by an increased metabolism that continues to burn calories after the session.
-10 Minutes: Foam Roll/Active Warm-Up
-25 Minutes: 5 Tabata Exercises
-10 Minutes: Foam Roll/Stretch Cool-Down
This upper body strength training class will tone up your arms and abs with body-weight exercises and resistance training techniques. In only thirty minutes, you too can become "Armed and f-AB-ulous"!
Barre Fusion incorporates familiar cardiovascular training exercises with the addition of ballet and yoga movements. The movements are sequenced in a specific order to achieve strength, balance, coordination and grace. Using subtle variations such as tempo changes, movement progressions, pulses, and hold, Barre Fusion is a workout that maximizes both results and fun!
Beginner Mat Pilates is the foundation for all other Pilates mat classes, regardless of your athletic ability. You will learn the proper form and technique for the basic exercises in order to efficiently and safely progress to the next level. When done correctly, these basic exercises develop core strength and stability, improve flexibility, and enhance posture.
This Aerial experience is designed to introduce beginners to Aerial Yoga while building confidence and comfort level with elevated yoga moves. Aerial yoga mixes together ancient yoga techniques with modern acrobatic exercises in order to create a total body workout that is fun yet challenging. This workshop program is appropriate for all fitness levels and is a great starting point even if you’ve never experienced yoga of any kind before
Boot Camp is a fun style of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which incorporates a variety cardio, weight training, and body weight exercises sure to blast fat and build muscle!

Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast, an athlete or just tired of the same routine, come try this whole new approach to exercise.... Our HIIT class is designed to deliver maximum total body results with a full body strength training and cardiovascular workout done in a group setting. This training uses a wide variety of interval training techniques, including lifting weights/objects, pulling, pushing, plyometrics, and running. This will help you lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, and increase strength. It resembles military basic training and addresses the full-body conditioning you are working toward.
Intermediate Mat Pilates is for those who know the Beginner Mat exercises and are ready to be challenged. We increase the range of difficulty within the basic exercises, and incorporate new exercises with more demanding movements. You will learn to move through the routine with greater flow, control and precision while building strength and increasing overall mobility.
All levels of experience are welcome in Open Level Mat Pilates! Build core stability and strength, increase flexibility, and improve posture with Pilates.
Blast that booty into shape with a 30-minute workout that is designed for people who like intense workouts and variety, but don’t have a lot of time.
This class incorporates strength and endurance exercise for total body conditioning along with stretching exercises to both tone and strengthen using free weights and bodyweight for resistance.

Safe and Strong includes a variety of gentle muscle strengthening and stretching excersises to both tine and relax incorporating chair exercises for weights. non aerobic, great for all levels.
