Kelly has joined us at Studio South to assist instructing a variety of group fitness classes. With a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University, Kelly brings a diverse array of knowledge and experience specializing in pre and post-rehab management, posture improvement training, and strength and cardio conditioning. Kelly holds a host of different certifications including AFAA's Group Exercise, Yoga, and Cardio Kickboxing certifications as well as Balance Body's Mat and Pilates Reformer Instructor Certifications.
