Michelle Draper

Michelle is a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness and fun. She loves to encourage, motivate and support her clients toward their individual fitness lifestyle goals. Michelle is certified as an instructor in TRX (Suspension Training). TRX is a collection of unique exercise movements that utilize your own body weight to provide the ideal mix of support and mobility in strength training, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability.
 
Michelle is also a Softball Conditioning Coach through the National Youth Sports Coaches Association. She enjoys volunteering her time with the local fast pitch Heat 01 travel ball team. Her goal and focus is in assisting the girls to become the best that they can be with a healthy approach to strength and conditioning skills, along with positive team building. 

Aaron Kurtz

Aaron is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Aaron holds a Master's degree in Health, Physical Activity & Chronic Disease from the University of Pittsburgh as well as a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University (PA). Aaron places an emphasis on identifying and correcting improper movement patterns, not only to improve his client’s functional ability and prevent injuries, but also to help them in achieving their health and fitness goals. Aaron's main priority in the health and fitness field is to help people live a more healthy and enjoyable life through physical activity and exercise.
 
TRX class uses a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights, pulling, pushing, ply metrics, running and cycling. This will help you lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, and increase strength. Much like basic training for the military, whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast, an athlete or just tired of the same routine, come try this whole new approach to exercise.

Hours of Operation:
 
Monday - Thursday: 5:30am - 9:00pm
Friday:  5:30am - 8:00pm
Saturday:  7:00am - 2:00pm
Sunday:  8:00am - 12:00pm
