Michelle Draper

Michelle is a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness and fun. She loves to encourage, motivate and support her clients toward their individual fitness lifestyle goals. Michelle is certified as an instructor in TRX (Suspension Training). TRX is a collection of unique exercise movements that utilize your own body weight to provide the ideal mix of support and mobility in strength training, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability.
Michelle is also a Softball Conditioning Coach through the National Youth Sports Coaches Association. She enjoys volunteering her time with the local fast pitch Heat 01 travel ball team. Her goal and focus is in assisting the girls to become the best that they can be with a healthy approach to strength and conditioning skills, along with positive team building. 

Cindi Briglia

Cindi is certified as a personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association.  She gained experience while working as an intern for Lauren Chadwick-Sonnen at L-Fit Personal Training while she was studying for her certification.  She was hired on with L-Fit Personal training upon completion of her certification and has been with working for Studio South since the merge of L-Fit Personal Training and Studio South Fitness.
Cindy is inspiring and encouraging and will not let you give up! She will talk to through then next rep.  She has trained in mixed martial arts and has a passion for this type of training.

Lisa McClure

Lisa loves to share her enthusiasm and love of fitness with her group classes at Studio South Fitness. Having always enjoyed an active lifestyle, this former professional figure skater for Disney On Ice decided to make an impact in the fitness industry. She holds certifications as both a personal trainer and as a group fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and is an energetic addition to the Studio South team!
Spinning is a great way to get a vigorous calorie burning workout and keep your muscle is shape.  With the use of our Spinning brand indoor cycles our certified instructors will push you through a variety of hills and intervals.  Classes range from 30 to 45 minutes in duration.  

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday: 5:30am - 9:00pm
Friday:  5:30am - 8:00pm
Saturday:  7:00am - 2:00pm
Sunday:  8:00am - 12:00pm
