Blaine Bott

In addition to being a top trainer at Studio South Fitness, Blaine recently accepted a promotion to Personal Training Manager, allowing him to utilize his excellent interpersonal and training skills to guide and direct our amazing personal training staff.
Blaine's introduction to the fitness industry began in 2000 when he worked as a Cancer Rehabilitation Specialist for outpatient cancer survivors.  He continued to gain experience as a personal trainer throughout college and in 2005 he completed his BS degree in Sport and Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching from University of Northern Colorado.
Blaine has traveled nationwide with UnderArmour Performance and facilitated Sports Performance Combine camps for high school athletes in football, baseball, softball, basketball, and soccer, as well as the FSU football team. 
Blaine has continued to advance his education to stay current in the ever-changing health and fitness industry. He currently holds his Sport Performance Coach Certification from USA Weightlifting, a master level Ignite 360 certification, and certifications in TRX, Trigger Point Therapy, Power Plate and Myokinematic Restoration.  He most recently received his FMS 1 & 2 certifications through Functional Movement Systems. 

Brian Hughes

A fitness enthusiast since he was young, Brian has participated in many sports and found his love for fitness while surfing at a competitive level. Brian has been a certified Master Trainer through NFPT (National Federation of Professional Trainers) for several years and holds a unique Indo Board Balance Trainer Certification. Brian provides the one on one motivation you need to strive for greatness in fitness. His scope of practice includes all age groups from adolescent to geriatrics, pre and post natal and all functional levels from the novice to the advanced.
Brian brings his love for the water and his passion for fitness together through paddleboard fitness. Incorporating creative techniques which challenge balance and create strength along with stability. 

Shauna Grier

Shauna has been in the fitness industry since the early 1990’s. She excels at teaching and instructing group fitness classes, as well as offering one to one personal training. As a certified personal trainer, Shauna shares her  passion for fitness through highly personalized physical and nutritional counseling. Shauna also focuses on movement and stabilization for protection of the joints and connective tissues as a part of her whole-body approach to fitness.

Shauna specializes in the Active Isolated Stretching method of the Active Release Technique (ART) to effectively treat problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Although often ignored, stretching is a critical component to any wellness program and Shauna integrates stretching as part of her regime for every client. 

Shauna is happy to work with her clients at the venue of their choice – they can come to the studio, train at home or even work with her at a different facility.

Maegon Sauer

MS, CSCS, USAW Level 1, NASM CPT Maegon earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science with a minor in Sport Management, as well as her Masters in Exercise Physiology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Texas. While at UMHB she played 3 years of NCAA collegiate soccer and also worked as a scientific research assistant in the Human Performance Lab. Throughout school she gained experience working for sport performance and fitness facilities both locally and across the nation. These include Strength and Conditioning internships with the Baylor University Men’s & Women’s Basketball teams and Prolific Athletes in Carlsbad, CA. She has also coached and developed training programs for high school athletes and military personnel to enhance their athletic abilities.

Most recently, Maegon worked at IMG Academy as a Physical Conditioning Coach. There she lead the Athletic & Physical Development program for kids and adults from a variety of athletic backgrounds. She also assisted with the strength and conditioning coaching for all tennis, soccer, basketball, and other camp sports.
This circuit style class incorporates strength and cardio into one high-impact workout. You will target all muscle groups for a full body training session.

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday: 5:30am - 9:00pm
Friday:  5:30am - 8:00pm
Saturday:  7:00am - 2:00pm
Sunday:  8:00am - 12:00pm
